Law No. 2,244 establishes that natural or legal persons who market or provide services to consumers and/or users in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and have a website must add a link to the General Directorate of Defense and Consumer Protection.
It is the official body in charge of applying the laws that protect the citizens of Buenos Aires in their role as consumers of products and services.
