We were present at the "Competition Day 2024" held at the Auditorium of the Private Institute of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce.
For the first time in Argentina, this meeting provided the opportunity for professionals from various fields linked to economics and law to discuss economic competition in our country and the world. After the opening of the event by Marcelo Elizondo, President of the ICC Argentina and Secretary of the CAC; Natalio Mario Grinman, President of the CAC; and Paola Pugliese, Partner at Lefosse and President of the ICC Global Commission on Economic Competition, the agenda was developed in three thematic blocks with the participation of prominent national and international speakers: Cartels and Leniency Programs: Regional situation and international experience; Non-Competition Clauses: Current situation and global trends; and The Future Impact of Economic Competition: Domestic and international perspectives.
