We are part of the international debate table on the use of the "Incoterms 2020 Rules" in the CAC Auditorium.
Organized by the Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (CAC) and the International Chamber of Commerce Argentina (ICC Argentina), leaders in the field met to think about the present and future of the rules that were established as the lingua franca of international trade. Based on the findings of the Ibero-American Report on the use of the Incoterms 2020 Rules, the exhibitors Marcelo Elizondo (ICC Argentina), Jordi Sellales - Serra (ICC Spain), Juan Diego Alzáte Gómez (ICC Colombia), Ana Lucía González (ICC Costa Rica), and Roberto Rosales (ICC Ecuador), delved into what the rules actually establish and, in parallel, navigated commercial practice, reflecting on the present value of the terms, exploring how they could be transformed in the future.
